UFC middleweight/welterweight Nick Diaz is known for his outstanding cardio inside the cage and his relentless striking pace.
Where does that come from? Maybe the fact that the guy trains and competes in Ironman competitions and triathlons and all that good stuff.
In fact, he just competed in one. He competed in the Vineman Triathlon and completed 142.6 miles in 11:35.11.
Diaz might be out of the fight game for a little while, but it’s clear he’s in no way just sitting around twirling his thumbs, this guy’s probably in better shape than some active fighters.
Diaz took to Instagram to share his accomplishment and threw a very lighthearted challenge at Cole Miller, who responded.
