Bellator 138 took place this past Friday and it was headlined by an interesting bout between Kimbo Slice and Ken Shamrock. The two put on an entertaining main-event where Shamrock almost submitted Slice, but Slice made it back to his feet to ultimately blast Shamrock into next week.

The Missouri Office of Athletics issued the medical suspensions of four fighters from the card. The list, obtained by MMAJunkie, can be seen below.

Ken Shamrock suffered a brutal knockout and a laceration above his eye, but was only dealt a 30 day suspension.
