According to Mark Hunt’s manager the weight cut was a rather difficult one for the UFC heavyweight. John McRae, Hunt’s manager, took to twitter in reply to a question and stated that the fighter was severely dehydrated at the weigh-ins.

Hunt had a pretty big cut just to get to 266 lbs. It’s safe to say that the cut proably had something to do with his performance, and the fact that Stipe Miocic is a much better wrestler.
