Tecate paid a grand total of 5.6 million to sponsor this weekend’s fight between “Pac-Man” and “Money”. Tecate brand director Gustavo Guerra told ESPN,

“It’s a good promotion and the fans seem to appreciate it. We know consumers react well to the mail-in rebates, and now here’s a fight where the pay-per-view is going to be $100. It is expensive, and this will be very attractive for consumers.”
