Wanderlei Silva received a lifetime ban from the Nevada State Athletic Commission for refusing to take part in a drug test. Now, he will have to wait until May 11th to find out if he will remain banned from being licensed in Nevada for life.

Last year, Silva filed for the court to review his case because he believed the NSC did not have the right to order him to take an out of competition drug test before his bout with Chael Sonnen.

After hearing hours of argument in the case of Wanderlei Silva vs. Bob Bennett, Judge Kerry Early has given herself until May 11th to decide whether or not to reverse Silva’s lifetime ban, MMAJunkie reports.
