There has been much talk regarding whether or not the stoppage from last night’s “UFC Fight Night Stockholm” co-main event was a good stoppage or bad stoppage. In the first round, Gegard Mousasi landed an overhand right that dropped Dan Henderson. Mousasi landed several quick blows and the ref stopped the fight, however Henderson was still trying to defend himself as he grappled with the referee. This caused many to say the stoppage was premature (See that HERE).

UFC President Dana White spoke about the stoppage post-fight via Twitter, saying:

Not a bad stoppage the refs are SO SLOPPY. If the ref didn't tackle Mousasi he would have kept that top position Dan would have got smashed
