Well it finally happened, the $1,000 "Golden Opulence" Sundae at @serendipity3nyc !!! @feliceherrig and I went through so much over the years to finally get to this point in our careers. Women's MMA has finally made it, so cheers to that! One of the best experiences of my life, thank you to the fans who believed in WMMA and in us, and let let us realize our first win in the @UFC!! 🙂

YES, it really was a $1,000!! And for those who think it was wasteful, I very rarely buy extravagant things. I am not buying an expensive $60k car, $10k watch, $2k bottle service at a club or anything, this is a one time bucket list celebration for not only winning TUF and the @UFC strawweight title, but for the years of hard work I put in to get to this point. Fighting for no money, no recognition, and sometimes no respect. It wasn't an overnight success for women, it was a long hard journey. And I am so absolutely happy that WMMA has made it this far!
