Earlier today heartbreaking news was announced that longtime ESPN anchor, and avid MMA fan Stuart Scott lost his longtime battle with cancer (See that HERE).

Following the news surfacing, the UFC posted the following tribute to Stuart on their Facebook page.

I am so sad to hear about Stuart. He was such a good person and was without a doubt one of the biggest UFC supporters I have ever met. He was so passionate about sports and life and I am honored to call him a friend. RIP Stuart
