Recently, UFC bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw spoke about the possibility of a superfight against featherweight champion Jose Aldo, the man who has defeated two of his teammates, Urijah Faber, and Chad Mendes.
Dillashaw said on an episode of Team Alpha Male Radio:
“I wanna fight Aldo so bad, dude. I will beat Aldo. I wanna fight him.”
When the idea was suggested to Aldo at the UFC Fight Night 58 Q&A, he was more than thrilled of the idea of fighting Dillashaw.
“I would love to (fight him). I really hope that fight happens, it would be great.”
“I think he’s trying to promote himself, that’s why he’s saying that. I would love to beat him up. It would be great to end my story with those three with a golden key.”
