Ahead of Ricardo Lamas’ UFC Fight Night 78 co-main event fight with Diego Sanchez this Saturday in Monterrey Mexico, he spoke with UFC Hall of Fame member Frank Trigg to discuss the bout, as well as his training camp.
Lamas is coming off of a TKO loss to Chad Mendes earlier this year that snapped his 2-fight win streak.
