A judge has lifted the lifetime ban imposed on MMA vet Wanderlei Silva by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
The news comes from ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, who states that there will be a new disciplinary hearing for Silva.
Okamoto says the judge ruled that there was not ‘substantial evidence’ to warrant a lifetime ban. Check out the tweets below.

The NV district judge agreed the NSAC had jurisdiction over Silva, even though he was not licensed when they attempted to drug test him.

However, the district judge ruled that Silva's lifetime ban was not supported by substantial evidence.
