Dominick Cruz is one of the better vocal fighters in the UFC.    In the video we have champion TJ Dillashaw with Jon Anik and Dominick  “The Dominator” Cruz.  

I don’t recall a time that I felt bad for someone being verbally destroyed during an interview, but this one came close.   The expression on Anik’s face is all the reason you need to watch this video.

What this video represents to me is the dying art of “mental warfare.”   When a fighter has the confidence to look his/her opponent in the eyes and tell them exactly what they’re going to do can sometimes throw a person off, a person just like Dillashaw.
