“The Karate Hottie” Michelle Waterson’s first trip into the octagon saw her leave with her hands raised in victory! Angela Magana was a worthy opponent, but she proved to be no match for Waterson and her ability to adapt.

Waterson picked her shots and made every kick count. Magana was kept guessing where to defend next as “The Karate Hottie” changed levels with her striking. Magana tried to cut off the attack of Waterson by pressing her up against the fence, but Waterson was always quick to separate and throw her to the canvas.

While Magana had nothing for Waterson when it came to preventing her from transitioning, she showed resilience in fighting off Waterson’s submission attempts for the first two rounds.

Waterson softened Magana up with strikes throughout the fight and you could see Magana fading fast in the third. Waterson stunned Magana by slamming her on her head, which allowed her to quickly take Magana’s back. “The Karate Hottie” quickly flattened Magana out and locked in the rear naked choke for the win.
