Yesterday on the UFC 193 media conference call Ronda Rousey was unavailable for the remainder of the call after just the first question.
Rousey was asked by a reporter about the status of her relationship with UFC heavyweight Travis Browne. Shortly after the question was asked, Rousey’s phone disconnected, and she was reportedly ‘unable’ to reconnect for the remainder of the 40-minute call.
The exchange went like this:
Media member: “Recently Travis Browne kind of announced that you guys were in a relationship. Were you okay with him announcing that? Were you cool with that?”
Rousey: (No response)
Media member: “Hello…?”
Joanna Jedrzejczyk: “Hello?”
UFC PR: “I’m sorry it looks like Ronda’s line has just disconnected.”
