During the UFC Fight Pass Embedded: Vlog Series – Episode 1, UFC lightweight Sage Northcutt takes everyone into his trophy room. The rising star shows some of his past accomplishments that he and his sister achieved growing up.

Northcutt says that he started drinking protein shakes when he was about 4 or 5-years-old when he started martial arts competition. He goes to show off the accolades he achieved from a young age competing in sport karate, then adding wrestling and jiu jitsu, and eventually evolving into the MMA stunner he is today.
