MMA veteran Nick Diaz is an all-around athlete. In addition to his endeavors in MMA and Jiu-Jitsu, Diaz is an accomplished triathlete who has also swam to and from Alcatraz prison off the coast of California.

In the video above, which was captured by BJPenn.com’s very own LayzieTheSavage, you can see Diaz showing off his ridiculous flexibility as he stretches before a training session.

Diaz is currently suspended for failing a post-fight drug test after his UFC 183 loss to Anderson Silva. While the NSAC initially handed Diaz a 5-year suspension, the suspension was ultimately reduced to 18 months, meaning Diaz is eligible to fight in August of this year.
