This past weekend, during the UFC Athlete Retreat in Las Vegas, fighters sat through quite a few presentations regarding success, building their own brand, and sponsors. While Kajan Johnson may have stolen the show with his confrontation of a Reebok rep which paved the way for an open discussion between fighters and the UFC brass, an Anheuser-Busch rep is making headlines for his presentation.
According to several fighters in attendance, who took to social media, an Anheuser-Busch rep was drunk during his presentation.
Hey @AnheuserBusch maybe next time u send a rep 2 talk about image make sure they don't show up drunk on your product #UFCAR17

The most unmotivating speech, while looking like he might've slammed a few drinks. WE ALL pretty much said, "Screw this guy!" https://t.co/s6VFoZalbI

We're always told to represent ourselves the correct way, while we listen to a drunk dude, at 930am, saying "be McGregor…we want winners"😒

Who the hell would want @AnheuserBusch to sponsor them with a drunk douche talkin to them like he's Gods gift. The shittiest speaker by far!

At the time of publication, Anheuser-Busch had not commented on the situation. In addition, a request for a statement from Anheuser-Busch regarding the situation has yet to be answered.
Unfortunately, due to phones not being allowed during presentations, footage from the alleged drunk man’s presentation has not surfaced at this time. With that being said, footage has emerged from throughout the week despite phones not being allowed in presentations.
Stay tuned to BJPenn.com for updates regarding the situation, including a potential statement from the Anheuser-Busch team.
