Remarkably, this is Silva’s first win since 2014, as he has not fought since he defeated Leon Edwards by decision at UFC Fight Night 56. With this impressive win, he improves 11-1 overall, and 3-0 in the UFC.
Taleb, meanwhile, is now 14-5 overall. He returns to the loss column after a first-round knockout of Danny Roberts.
