Max Holloway is coming off his second straight third-round TKO victory over Jose Aldo which occurred at December’s UFC 218 event in Detroit.
Meanwhile, Khabib Nurmagomedov was last seen in action at UFC 219 where he scored a unanimous decision victory over dangerous striker Edson Barboza.
