UFC veteran Roy Nelson added another knockout victory to his resume at last night’s UFC Fight Night 95 event in Brazil, scoring a second-round finish over Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva.
“Big Country” flattened the former UFC heavyweight title challenger (Antonio Silva) with an uppercut late in the fight’s second-round and then promptly followed up with some ground and pound to secure the win.

After referee John McCarthy finally stepped in to call a stop the contest, Roy Nelson not only flipped-off the long time official but also gave McCarthy a kick in the butt out of frustration as he felt the bout should have been stopped sooner.

Roy Nelson has now won two of his last three octagon appearances. He defeated Jared Rosholt in February via decision before surrendering a razor thin and controversial split-decision setback to Derrick Lewis in July.
Roy’s knockout victory over “Bigfoot” served as KO/TKO win number 14 of his storied mixed martial arts career.
Meanwhile, Antonio Silva has now lost three fights in a row and five of his past six bouts overall, with all five of those setbacks coming by form of knockout.
