Bellator president Scott Coker joined Sports Center tonight to announce that Kimbo Slice would be fighting James Thompson in his next bout which will headline “Bellator London”, an event slated to take place July 16.

Kimbo and Thompson infamously met under the EliteXC banner, in a fight that Slice won via TKO after he caused Thompson’s ear to explode.

Slice recently tested positive for Nandrolone following his win over Ken Shamrock in February. A fight in London allows Kimbo to compete despite his stateside issues.
