Former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm is a beast.

Check out the 135-pound contender looking to get back UFC gold training with the current UFC light heavyweight interim champion Jon jones. Their wrestling coach Israel “Izzy” Martinez is there coaching both fighters in their training.

In the video, Holm shows her strength as she gets Jones off his feet with a single leg and carries the 6′ 4″ champ that walks around well over 205 on her shoulder.

Holly Holm is set to fight Valentina Shevchenko at UFC on FOX 20 on July 23 while Jon Jones looks to become the undisputed light heavyweight champion once again as he takes on Daniel Cormier at UFC 200 on July 9.
