Former WEC champion and UFC interim champion Carlos Condit was heartbroken after being submitted by Demian Maia at UFC on FOX 21 this past weekend.
It was the first submission loss Condit was dealt since Pat Healy was able to submit “The Natural Born Killer” all the way back in 2006.
Former UFC title contender Chael Sonnen sent a message to Condit on his podcast and had high praise for the championship caliber fighter that was obviously down after losing to Maia.
